Goods return

 

Please contact KMB’s customer service hotline at 2745-4466 immediately after receiving the goods to request a replacement within 7 days . KMB’s customer service hotline will inform arrangement within 7 days. Please bring along the original packaging, goods, and receipt to the designated KMB customer service centre.

 

Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Please retain and return all packaging, including the original box, certification documents, gifts and all accessories. Please also ensure that all packaging returned is undamaged.

 

If the requested item is out of stock, customers can choose another item as replacement. If the price of the replacement product is lower than that of the original item, the differencewill not be returned.

 

Please note that only one item can be exchanged for each item for which replacement is sought, and there is no refund for anyitems.

 

 No return or exchange will be allowed for areas outside Hong Kong.

 

If customers fail to exchange the requested item at the designated KMB customer service centre within three months of receiving their orders, KMB Design Co. Ltd. will reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

No return or exchange will be allowed for all mask products.
