KMB Depot Tour-Shatin (May 2025)

KMB Design organizes the [KMB Depot Study Tour] family tour with a rich itinerary, including a tour of the KMB Depot, a tour of the underground car wash floor to experience the bus washing process, understanding of bus maintenance, environmental protection, an introduction to antique buses and be a good passenger etc. After the activity is completed, each participant will receive a depot visit certificate and souvenirs.

All depot tour participants must comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Dates and times not listed above mean that the tour is fully booked.

2. Every participant needs to purchase a ticket to participate (including children and infants). Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and the accompanying adult also needs to purchase a ticket to accompany them.

3. Since the number of participants in each group is limited, please order the required number of participants when booking. After the reservation is completed, any increase or decrease in the number of participants will not be accepted.

4. After the reservation is confirmed, Hoi Tai Tours Limited will contact the registrant via WhatsApp. Please provide a valid phone number that can use WhatsApp.

5. After registration and payment of full fee, changes, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.

6. Participants must provide their full name in Chinese or English and the last 4 English characters and numbers of their Hong Kong ID card/ Travel Documents for purchasing local travel insurance.

7. If there are insufficient people, the company has the right to cancel the tour 2 days before departure (excluding the departure date). The company does not have to pay any liability for canceling the tour or pay additional compensation.

8. Arrangements for bad weather: If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3 or a yellow or red rainstorm warning on the day of departure, the tour will depart as usual. If the Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above two hours before the meeting time, the departure will be rescheduled. Guests can keep the relevant receipts and change the departure date to another specified date, but it must be the same product. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above during the journey, the tour will be canceled immediately for the safety of passengers and we will send it to the nearest public transportation station. The tour fee will not be refunded.

9. Photography or video recording is not allowed in the depot except in designated locations.

The tour is operated by Hoi Tai Tours Limited. Hoi Tai Tours Limited and KMB Design Company Limited have the right to modify the terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Hoi Tai Tours Limited and KMB Design Company Limited reserve the right to make the final decision.
